Reductive Imagery

For the lack of a better term, I refer to this process as reductivism. The original photograph has been reduced to blocks of color, saving some details and eliminating others. The colors are sometimes altered, and occasionally elements from additional photos are added. But I always begin with an image that I feel can best be realized by breaking it down to its basic elements.
